We expect the apartments to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order on departure. An additional charge will be made for extra cleaning or specialist cleaning to return the apartment to a fit state for occupation. Additional charges may include compensation for loss of revenue in addition to cleaning and repairs. Cleaning, specialist treatment charges where more than routine cleaning is required will result in a £100 fine. Your suite will be cleaned every 3rd day of your stay.

The Dino Suite is a one bedroom first floor apartment with a large lounge which faces out over the harbour, a large bedroom to the rear of the property which looks out over the tiered garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen situated to the rear and also a good sized shower room. The suite has a sofa bed for additional guests. The Dino Suite sleeps up to 4 guests.
